At ECD Lacrosse, we stand behind the quality of our gear and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If your equipment doesn't meet your performance standards, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Gear
Securely place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective materials are intact to qualify for a full refund.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off and Track
Hand off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
